Linate Ground is responsible for all aprons and taxiways.
The controllers shall use GroundRadar Plugin which will direct most aircraft to the appropriate stand. In case a stand is blocked, reassignment is possible via GRP.
| Stand | ACFT Type | Airline |
|---|---|---|
| 1-5 | M | ITA Airways, flag carriers |
| 6-22 | M | ITA Airways, all other passenger carriers |
| 61-76 | M | Leisure carriers, general aviation |
The only holding point available for departure on runway 35 is T1 , it is the responsibility of the ground controller to assign it. In high traffic situations Ground shall assign T2 intermediate holding point and aim for a handoff to Tower when the aircraft is at T4. From T3 Tower will consider using base stations to sequence departures.
When a departure is in progress from runway 35, aircraft on taxiway N shall hold position at IHP N5 until the departing traffic is airborne.
Pushback is only required for aircraft at stands 1-5 and 13 (facing north). Standard pushback is facing east but simultaneous pushbacks in opposite direction may be carried out from stands 3 and 4, so that aircraft at stand 3 faces east and aircraft at stand 4 faces west. This way taxiway C is not blocked and delays for aircraft requesting taxi can be avoided.
Aircraft parked at the west apron can pushback and startup on discretion and shall report ready for taxi at N1
Runway entry via TWY K is forbidden. TWY K is to be used only for runway exit.
