The ground controller is responsible for the issuing of ATC clearances and of the movements on all aprons and taxiways except the taxiway portion beyond the holding points.
Prior to giving out an ATC clearance the controller shall check the following parameters in the pilots’ flight plans:
ALV: Initial climb in Olbia depends on the ICP.
PDC: Not available in Olbia.
Runway 05 is preferential with up to 10kt of tailwind component.
6D/7D & 8A/7A ICPs may be used for non-RNAV traffic.

While this is not mandatory, it is highly recommended to use TWY L as an entry taxiway and TWY M as an exit taxiway for APRON 1.
The above does not apply to Code D or above ACFT for which it is mandatory to enter APRON 1 via TWY M.
